This survey is conducted jointly by Pride Lafayette and Purdue University HealthTAP to evaluate the need and impact of Pride Lafayette’s LGBTQ+ Health Equity Project to advance health and wellbeing for the greater Lafayette community and specifically members of our LGBTQ+ community.
The data and information collected will remain anonymous and de-identified throughout. The survey will be repeated multiple times in 2025 to understand changes in data.
