Here is how you can help:

1. Give. On December 3, go to our Giving Tuesday campaign page and give. You can also support Pride Lafayette by donating one of the items on our Amazon Wishlist!

2. Start your own Giving Tuesday campaign for Pride Lafayette and spread the word among your family and friends; encourage them to donate to your campaign on behalf of Pride Lafayette.

4. Spread the word. Encourage your friends and family to join you in creating real impact on December 3 by sharing what Pride Lafayette’s mission means to you and why you’re supporting us on Giving Tuesday (here are some ideas). Make sure to use the hashtag #GivingTuesday and tag us so we can share!

When you donate to Pride Lafayette this #GivingTuesday, you’re supporting:

          • Daily Open Hours at the Center, providing a safe and welcoming place for Greater Lafayette’s LGBTQ+ community to come together.
          • The Pride Community Closet, providing free access to gender-affirming clothes that allow folx to live more fully as themselves.
          • TransLafayette, which meets twice monthly (plus a monthly game night!) and provides a safe and welcoming space for trans residents of Greater Lafayette.
          • The Pride Lafayette Youth Group which brings LGBTQ+ students from around the area together for activities, networking and support.
          • The Bi/Pan Convo Group, monthly bringing together those who identify as bisexual or pansexual.
          • Christy’s Christmas Carol, which provides support to families in need during the holiday season.
          • The annual Second Chance Prom, a night that gives all ages a chance to dance the night away as their authentic selves.
          • OUTFest, which annually brings together thousands of people from Tippecanoe County and neighboring communities to celebrate diversity, advocate for equity and inclusion, and honor the achievements of LGBTQ+ pioneers.
          • Providing support for HIV Pathways, a partner organization of Pride Lafayette, a community-inspired information resource designed to improve access to testing and treatment for STIs and HIV.
          • Other programs throughout the year including our Resource Fair Series, monthly Financial Education Series, continued partnership with the Purdue LGBTQ Center and Purdue Employee Pride, maintaining a presence at Mosey Down Main Street and providing resources and speakers for partner organizations throughout Greater Lafayette.
